Using the marketplace
Caribbean Trades Connect is a marketplace connecting customers and independent providers. Customers choose providers and agree work directly through the documented quote and job workflow.
Independent providers & warranties
Caribbean Trades Connect does not process, guarantee or protect payments. Payment arrangements are made directly between the customer and service professional. Any provider warranty is offered by that provider, not guaranteed by Caribbean Trades Connect.
Acceptable use & contact protection
Use truthful profiles and work descriptions. Do not publish private contact details or use images and text to bypass platform contact protection. Do not harass, impersonate or submit false evidence.
Account safeguards & reporting
Accounts may be suspended to protect participants. Historical commercial and audit records are preserved. Report problems through the relevant job, review or support channel.
