Who can review
Verified job reviews come from the customer after confirmed completion of a platform job. Each job has one review, subject to the stated edit window. Providers may respond.
Content standards & moderation
Do not include personal contacts, addresses, threats, discriminatory content or unrelated claims. Reports are reviewed with recorded reasons. Moderators can hide or restore eligible content but cannot alter star ratings.
